2200 square foot luxury condominium with spectacular views of the continental divide
 located at the ski base community of Slopeside Village in Old Town Winter Park.
It is with-in walking distance of the Winter Park Ski Resort and the Fraser River Trail.
A free shuttle stops at the complex to take you to the Winter Park Ski Area base lifts which are only minutes away.
Advanced skiers can ski in to the unit.

Slopeside building G, unit B, is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor with elevator access.
There are two master suites with king sized pillow top beds and down comforters.
The loft master has a steam room with shower, and a bench big enough for 2, as well as twin sinks and a walk in closet.
The main master is on the entry level and has a Jacuzzi bath tub and shower combo.
The third bedroom has two twin beds and is adjacent to the third full bath (shower and bath combo).
There are two queen sized inflatable air mattresses with linens and pillows which can be used by family members to expand the capacity. These are located in the spacious loft area outside of the loft main bedroom.

The newer Slopside units  are radiant heated through the floors for added comfort, and this includes all common hallways, the garage, and ski lockers which are located on the ground floor level.
A second car can be stored beneath the overhang outside of the garage door.

The first level has a gourmet kitchen equipped with professional stainless steel appliances, 36" gas cook top, double conventional/convection ovens, side by side refrigerator, dish washer and microwave.
All counter tops are granite.
There are four plush bar stools looking into the kitchen over the island, just across from the dry bar.
The kitchen opens to a dining and living room.
The dining table will seat 8 comfortably.
The living room features a gas fireplace with plush leather seating and a 50" high definition LCD TV with surround sound, satellite and a DVD player. There is a deck outside the dining/living room area with a gas grill.

Ski rental discounts are offered to Slopeside residents by simply mentioning our name (10%) at the Alpine Sun Ski Shop just across the street. It is not only convenient, but they are knowledgeable and friendly and have excellent equipment.

Next door to the ski shop is a restaurant called "Shipwreck Landing North and Adolf's Bar" offering casual Caribbean cuisine and a historical bar that are great for après ski or a no travel night out.

No smoking or pets allowed in our unit.
